Celebrating its 40th birthday, Transvalor organised International Simulation Days between September 30 and October 2. This conference gathered academic and industrial experts to discuss simulating material-forming processes, including welding and casting. Over 250 participants and 52 presentations were given, and it is the fourth in a series of similar events.
As Transvalor is a partner of iWeld, the project was also featured during the event, both in talks by our Trasvalor colleagues and in Andreas Schumm (EDF), who gave an overview of microstructure-informed imaging and the exciting developments within iWeld. Many thanks!
